1.You have come to this page from one of our (The Physical and Beyond Limited) Websites. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ mean The Physical and Beyond Limited, and our related entities.
2.By using our Websites you are deemed to agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3.These Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated from time to time. Your continued use of our Websites represents your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. Limitations of Liability

Additional Terms and Conditions
21.These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
22.If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, then such provision (to the extent it is invalid) is deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remainder shall not be affected.
External Websites has the meaning given in clause 9.
Intellectual Property Rights means all trade marks, domain names, copyright, patents, registered designs, circuit layouts, rights in computer software, databases, content and lists, rights in inventions, know-how, and trade secrets and all other intellectual property, in each case whether registered or unregistered (including applications for the grant of any of the foregoing) and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect to any of the foregoing which may subsist anywhere in the world, and all rights of action, powers and benefits of the same.
Material means information, data, text, graphics, software, illustrations, photos, audio, video, any combination of these or other material.
Terms and Conditions means these website terms and conditions.
User means anyone that accesses the Websites for any reason, including advertisers, contributors and/or readers.
Websites means the websites with the domain names www.spiritworldtimes.com, http://spiritworldtimesuk.com/ and http://spiritworldtimesnz.com/
Website Content has the meaning given in clause 6.
